Never again, used a few times and this was the last time! STAFF SERVICE- VERY POOR meet and greet and acknowledgment for both pet owners and pet/s. Staff always appear to be unenthusiastic and rude. Almost like they hated their job! TIP 1- For the love of money- DO NOT forget to take a mask with you to drop off or pick you will get growled at ( no pun intended.) before you are even greeted. We Respect their rules but “it’s not what you say but how you say it” TIP 2- VISIT the service before booking and CONFIRM the cancellation rules. The last pick up confirmed that we were done using this service. We had a VERY withdrawn , sad pet for a few weeks, and the staffs attitude and comments spoke in volumes as to why. Sadly, they lack in friendly, professional communication and service. Lucky for us other boarding kennels / stays, in the area have stepped up and moved with the times .

Leaving my dog here was such a traumatic experience for myself and my family. It was deeply upsetting and I don't think I can remember ever being spoken to as rudely and angrily as I was by the woman who runs it. My dog was underweight and skittish after a week, with sores and a soiled bed. I shudder to think what we didn't see and would NEVER recommend anyone putting themselves or their pet (or children - mine were in tears) though it.

Horrific. I would love to be able to say that these are simply people who are awful to humans but incredible with dogs. But our dog: • Had lost a significant amount of weight • Had two strange grazes on his body like he’d been obsessively rubbing it on something. These required treatment • Would avoid having a collar put on him • Drank close to a litre of water when given the opportunity (10 minutes after picking him up) • Ignored my daughter (similar age to some staff who work there) for three days, despite her being his favourite person • Was extremely subdued for the next couple of weeks, a very different dog. Even now, he’s not the same. Not bad but very different to the silly 18-month-old Kelpie that we dropped off there We also had to throw out his bed because it was entirely soaked in urine. What dog urinates in their own bed? And how long had he been forced to sleep on that bed? Don't risk it.

Will never use them again, terrible angry service and they didn’t actually seem to like dogs. It was like I was putting them out by leaving my dogs with them
