Disgusting and deceitful customer service. Our vehicle underwent engine repairs for the week but was returned with scratches all over the boot lip and boot floor and discoloured upholstery. The boot was unmarked prior to the service?! Also the drivers electric window is now malfunctioning. These issues were rudely denied and the staff failed to even apologise or acknowledge the damage at all let alone try and understand our frustration. Who else could we blame if the car was with them for the week? They said that they didn't care about the damage to the car. Instead they reminded us about how much money they saved us by not putting in a new turbo that the car didn't need for triple the price ($4000+)? Appalling! They are giving mechanics a bad reputation by reminding people how they can so easily rip unknowing customers off. Is it so hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic?! Also, the receipt clearly read $920 but we were charged $1200 and suspiciously told by the staff that there was a mistake and that we would be issued with a new receipt if we disputed the price. After what happened what are we meant to believe? In the end we were shocked and very disappointed by the outcome of what was meant to be a routine repair. The staff seemed friendly and helpful enough at first but in the end they proved to be another dishonest business to avoid.
