This place has a non intimidating environment whose experienced lifters are always very happy to help their clients. This is the best gym I've been in Ballarat so far!

The environment here is very non judgemental and they have a welcoming approach when it comes to personal goals and abilities. The staff here is amazing who always goes the extra mile. This is a really brilliant gym!

The atmosphere here is really good and they have great trainers who are willing to cater to specific issues and needs. This is one of the only gyms that I have ever felt comfortable in!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere here is very motivating and amazing and they are all about getting fit, trying new things and making new friends. This absolutely the best gym that I have ever been a member of!
