We supply bedding, bowls and food for your pets. If bringing bedding from home, it must be machine washable. We do not accept any form of bean bag bed. You will need to bring your pets current vaccination card. Your dog MUST have a lead & correctly fitted collar. A coat for your dog in the winter to keep them extra warm. Your cat MUST be in a secure carry cage.

Yes, you can bring your own food, however a $3.00 daily charge applies in peak times. All food must be clearly labelled with your animals name, and portion sizes need to be clearly documented. Please bring in only what your pet needs for their stay and a little bit extra. We feed only premium foods to our guests.
