Was in to ask about a fault after a service, reception lady asked the blond service advisor about it and she said 'What do you want me to do about it' and walked off not even interested in helping. The reception lady apologised for this and went and spoke to someone else about it then organised a booking for another day due to being busy at the time. What a super toxic workplace the way I was treated and the way the blond girl treated her work colleague who was trying to help me. I'll be asking for another service advisor if I go back.

To Liam and Chris at Bendigo Ford service department, I just wanted to say a big thank you. You deserve an award for your support as you were both great. I bought a Ford Escape in 2017 and had a good run from it until last Monday, 03 Aug 2020, when I could not get in. When I unlocked it, I found the battery was dead. I eventually got the key out from the fob and I contacted Ford. They said bring it in and we'll get a new one for you. It was very difficult to locate one, but they finally got one on Thursday, 06 Aug 2020. Chris provided me a loan vehicle for the four days, and he did everything to support me.

Bendigo Ford is thoroughly recommended. They are a very good outfit. I just purchased a Ford Ranger and the vehicle is superb. The trade-in was fair. Trav, James, Leon, and the team were excellent as they had the vehicle sorted within two days.

I am one happy customer. I went to Bendigo Ford and bought a Ford Ranger Raptor. With buying a vehicle, it was my best experience ever. For showing me the Raptor and taking this beast for a test drive, I’d like to give a big thank you to James. And to Sam, cheers for making it happen, mate.

The salesmen at Bendigo Ford were helpful without being too pushy, which is always annoying when you are browsing. They are a reasonably large dealership and they have a good range of new cars. There’s also a small range of late model used cars.

The Bendigo Ford staff don't beat around the bush!! They are also not pushy at all! It is super easy to walk in and have a test drive. Plus, their friendly team are very clear about price!

We arrived in Bendigo to stay overnight. Then yesterday afternoon, the handle of our rear passenger door fell off in my partner’s hand. Pete and Brad were only too happy to assist us the next morning after we sourced out Bendigo Ford. We returned for them to fix the door handle after we went out looking around Bendigo for the day. It was fixed in no time and at a reasonable price. I would like to give Pete and Brad a big thank you for helping us out today.

For anyone wanting a great car with fantastic service, Bendigo Ford is highly recommended. They have great people and great service. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, and we got nothing less than a great deal. It took essentially no time and minimal paperwork. We got five-star service from Sales to Finance. Thanks to Lucas in Sales, and Sam in Finance for making it happen.

If you're out of Bendigo, we can highly recommend Lucas and the team at Bendigo Ford. They are worth travelling to because Lucas made the whole selection and purchase process so easy. He enabled us to secure a great deal.

Out of all the car dealerships we visited, we were left with such a great impression from Lucas at Bendigo Ford. Well done! My partner and I were looking at vans yesterday and although we haven't bought one yet, we will likely be back at Bendigo Ford. I think that other salespeople could learn a lot from Lucas’ approach.
