Got an email about a week after the initial inquire. That email just explained they had my request and would be in contact ASAP for a time to provide the quote. Never heard from them again, even after contacting them again via email asking for contact and quote. Don't bother contacting them, their customer service skills are terrible, so I'd never trust they have the skills to do the job.
