Absolutely incompetent. The slab was out of square and the cladding could not be fixed on one side, worse still, Glenn knew it was out of square and didn't bother to fix it! Most significantly he didn't follow the engineering plans, in fact he didn't read them. After the slab cracked extensively and he was questioned as to what was actually in the slab and why he didn't follow the engineering plans he responded "I never read that page" referring to the engineering plan page that has all the detail. It turns out he only looked at the pictures. He used the wrong MPA concrete and not enough steel as specified in the engineering plans. Further, a large segment of concrete cracked off when he pulled the formwork away while the concrete was still green. Glenn replied "You should fix that when the framing is done." Absolutely disgraceful service. You only get one chance at concrete, don't waste it.
