They now deal only in Subaru so don't waste your time or theirs unless you specifically want Subaru parts, etc. They also seem a tad unfriendly to people who don't know that their business has changed from what it was previously. They did, however, suggest somewhere else we could go.

Very knowledgeable and always top service. They go out of their way to explain, why, when and how....particularly helpful when you’re a female.

Terrible do not go here. Rang and booked car in and explained the fault code it was displaying, arrived at the premises and again explained the fault code and what the car was doing. The owner then basically berated me about not servicing the car ( the car has been religiously serviced every 10k) and said he would have a look at it. He scanned the car to find same code I had told him it was displaying. He then said it was possibly a AF sensor ( which I had told him had already been changed) and that he didn’t have any and was too busy to fit even if he had one. ( why didn’t he tell me this on the phone and save me a 65km drive) H the said I would have to pay him for looking at the car and it was normally $55 to scan car ( he had been told the code already) but he would only charge me $35 for the 5 mins it took to scan the car and tell met the code I had told him. Do not go here, it’s a long time since I have had such poor customer service. Shocking.
