I took my family, including children, for a special occasion. The owners were standing around watching us, flies were bad, couldn't buy jugs of soft drinks, $4.50 per can. My grandson dropped his desert so the owner replaced it with just a very small scoop of icecream even though we spent $660. We were made to feel very uncomfortable our entire dinner, even though I prebooked and the owner knew children were included in our dinner party.

Very over priced , Tiny entree , kids meals were all frozen food that could be bought at Coles. Desert was $10 for two scoops of melted gelato. Main mal was ok but nothing to rave about and total l cost was more than a 5 star restaurant in Terrigal for the 4 meals 2x deserts and 2x entree. Service was good but won’t be going back.

The bouillabaisse was extremely disappointing as it was not actually a bouillabaisse, rather some bland seafood in what was basically a canned tomato sauce. If it can't be done properly it should not be on the menu. At $38.00 it was way overpriced for what it was. The service was friendly enough but unprofessional, ie one entree plate cleared but the other two remaining when the mains were served. Also we asked for two plates so we could share. One of us was given a bowl and the other a plate?!

I sadly didn't order the beef or barramundi however, my lamb rump and shank was so well cooked, juicy and tasty. It literally fell off the bone, mouth watering. My wife had the chicken dish - again the chicken was not dry and tasted great. I also ordered some sweets and it was to die for - I had the frozen nougat, ice cream and wild berry soup - absolutely superb. The service was excellent although not many in probably because it was Sunday night but well worth the visit.
