Our Airbnb hostess suggested Beanstation Café when we asked for recommendations to a good breakfast place. That’s how we discovered this gem. It’s a train station that’s been turned into a lovely and very quaint café, with former boxcars that are now flower shops and ice cream parlours. I ordered the tapioca porridge and my husband ordered avocado smash, which were both as beautiful as they were delicious.

There’s good service, delicious food, terrific coffee, and lots of room at Beanstation Café! We still received our coffee and food quickly even if they were busy. The town has done up their old train station into a great little precinct. If you're in Wodonga, this place is highly recommended.

At Beanstation Café, I love that all the meals are appealing to the eye and taste just amazing. I love it as well that you get full table service by friendly staff and that their specials board changes regularly. Most of all, I love that they are animal friendly.

Until the next most favourite offering comes along, the Crispy Salmon Dish is my most favourite dish at Beanstation. You are seriously missing something amazing if you haven't had it yet.

I advise you to book ahead because Beanstation Café is becoming very popular with the locals. This gem in Wodonga has very pleasing people and is a very calm place with good variety. If they are not very busy, they can accommodate some variation with your order.

The Beanstation Café is highly recommended for breakfast. The pumpkin pancakes which I had were awesome! They have fresh juices available, and their coffee with almond milk is great. I love the interesting features on the old station’s restoration job.
