Had some drainage issue in our back yard, whenever we had heavy rain it would take several days for the water to drain away, it took another few days for the lawn to dry out enough to walk on, Bryn came in recommended a Capithon solution which was duly installed, what a difference, instead of a soggy & patchy lawn, we now have a lawn that dries out very quickly, the drainage is 100% better than before & the lawn is already recovering & looking lush!. If you have drainage issues I would not hesitate in recommending Bryn.

As before, Bryn was responsive with his site visit and quotation. He arranged for the leak detection to take place the next day, and the leak was found to be a faulty tap and not an underground pipe problem. Bryn only charged for the detection process, and then offered to change the tap washer as well. (I think I'll handle that myself). But if I have problems, he has videos to help me out. Highly recommend Bryn from BCV Plumbing. I rang BCV Plumbing about an issue I had with some drainage issues in my back yard. Bryn came out to our property when he said he would, on time. He is extremely thorough, professional, polite, always on-time and has excellent communication, which is unheard of for tradies. Our problem was explained and quickly dealt with. We are happy with his work and he is reasonably priced. We will be definitely be using him again, in the future. :)
