For the price, you need to upgrade your seats. As a visitor, they would be the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in for a cinema.

i’m 15 and i brought in my ID to watch a movie with my bf, the staff there was rude as hell and made me call my mother to come get us, after we explained to the man working there that multiple people have been through to watch an MA15 movie without an ID and it’s not like my boyfriend wasn’t 15 either, he just didn’t have his ID and my mother even explained that to him, but he said “that would be illegal and any person letting you guys through right now would be fired” a load of rubbish and ruined the night. i have been to multiple MA15 movies and i don’t think i will be going back there, bc i can’t even watch an MA15 movie with my mother with me if that woman was working there because he would tell me to leave.

I recently had surgery on my knee and the staff at BCC Coffs Harbour were fantastic and incredibly helpful. They were able to sit me up the back and give me something to keep my leg elevated. They even brought my candy bar items into the cinema for me. I frequent this cinema whenever there is a movie I would like to see and after the special service I received a few months ago I am very pleased I do so. I am actually amazed at how helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond. Thank you so very much
