I absolutely want to thank the Crew who could not have done more for me when my radoator blew up unexpectedly on holiday with my kids and the family dog. They did not hesitate to organise to fix my 4wd by lunchtime the next day allowing my kids to get the trip we planned. From the bottom of my heart thankyou. Great business. Highly recommended.

These guys are brilliant Saw me 3 days before Easter and was a quick and easy fix could’ve charged me whatever but didn’t charge anything and fixed the problem within 2 hours Highly recommend you use them as they were very professional and super efficient

I had an overheating problem and i stopped in to see them. I spoke with the boss who organised one of his boys to take a look. We both checked and found that the fan belts had come loose and they therefore were unable to spin the fan. The worker said i should replace the belts as they did not look the best. I gave the go ahead for this to be done and also asked if this was something which they were qualified to do. He said yes they do these all the time. i was on my way to Melbourne and after leaving i drove 650Kms from there business and all of a sudden i hear a bang and the temp gauge rises to nearly the red. I quickly pulled over and checked the engine to find the belts had snapped. One was completely missing and the other was caught in the fan. I spent the night on the roadside as i was 40km from the nearest town (Emerald QLD) and it was quite late, so i could not find anyone to help. In the morning i rang and had a mechanic come out who looked at the old belt and said to me that they looked like they had over tightened them. I spoke with the boss at Bayswater Road Radiators and he informed me that i must have something else wrong for this to happen. The mechanic who i just called out said that he could not see anything else that could cause this unless i had been given faulty belts which Bayswater road radiators supplied to me. After i had the new belts installed by the mechanic i drove all the way from Emerald QLD to Melbourne and had no belt breakage or overheating problems. I have spoken with the boss today at Bayswater Road Radiators and he informed me that his supplier who he got the belts off said that they were not old and in good condition as they were new. I really thought that Bayswater Road Radiators would except that maybe they had a bit of responsibility and would at least apologize. I received nothing of the sort and was out of pocket $200.00 for a badly done job. I will not use this company again for any of my Fleet / Company vehicles.
