Rob and the team are extremely professional; punctual; genuinely decent human beings; skillful at their craft; and exceed expectations..we have used them for a number of different jobs and they’ve gone the “extra mile” on every one. They actually care about what they’re doing which makes a huge difference to the end result. I would highly recommend them!! I called Bay City Plumbing for a blocked toilet. Rob attended same day and expertly diagnosed the problem. The problem was resolved within a couple of hours with no fuss. Great company to deal with and professional, courteous staff. Many thanks for your five star plus service.

Excellent company. The two guys turned up on time, very polite and explained their work and pointed out the problem I was having with my stormwater drains. Would recommend them to everyone and will use the.m again.

Recently had Robert and his apprentice to my place to find a water leak that wide bay water had alerted me I had. very professional and able to find the leak with his listening equipment and repaired it the same day. I had tried a different plumbing company but they said they didn't have the equipment to find the leak underground. Glad I Bay City plumbing. great work and will defintely use them again in the future.

Received an invoice for $110 for this company to tell me I had NO pressure limiting valve at my water meter. It took another plumber a very short time to find it and replace it. Not happy with Bay City Plumbing

I can’t praise Bay City Plumbing enough. Excellent service, fast call out response, great to deal with. We even received a follow up text the same night after fixing the problem, to make sure everything was ok and we had hot water. WOW would definitely recommend and call them again if we need to.

I had such a good experience with bay city pluming that I can recommend them very highly, the young man that came was so polite and friendly and did an excellent job fixing my leaking toilet and the lady in the office was very friendly and helpful too .
