My suit came back wrinkled. Now looking for another dry cleaner to do it again.

The customer service was not particularly good but I thought it was particularly unreasonable to complain both at the time of delivery and the time of collection about the size of the order given that it was for over $200 in dry cleaning and not time critical - if you don't want the work, just politely decline it. I then received the garments all squished into two plastic bags so that over half were crushed to the point of having to have them re-dry cleaned with another operator. Very poor service.

This dry cleaners ruined my Zimmerman dress. It came back with pink stains all over it and they tried to claim this was how I’d brought it in. The owner refused to accept responsibility. I wouldn’t risk taking anything here to be cleaned.

If this is the same dry cleaners as Bay Village Dry Cleaners in Tuggerah Mall do not waste your money. I took several coats to them and they didn't clean them at all. They wrapped them in plastic and gave them back. When I unwrapped them I noticed they hadn't been cleaned. I took them to another dry cleaner who also said they hadn't been cleaned if so it was the worst job as clearly the coats were still dirty. This guy then did clean them properly. I called Bay Village Dry Cleaners in Tuggerah Mall to discuss and he abused me and hung up the phone. I wouldn't waste your money going here as they clearly don't care about giving a proper service and they're incredibly rude
