Booked vehicle in for a service but noted a problem when delivering, so asked that this be made a priority. On pickup I paid for the service but the priority job hadn't been done. When I complained, the receptionist rudely pointed out that it wasn't on their hand-written list (as though that was my fault!). Despite my objections she continued to snap that it wasn't on the list, leaving my wife in tears. Pity, because the boss tried to be helpful, but rude, aggressive reception will keep me away.

I give Barry Clough 5 star ⭐️ I’ve found them professional on time value for money genuinely concerned about your vehicle & customer honest and always willing and available at any time of need. I feel that they go above and beyond their duty as mechanics to be professional and considerate of the needs of the customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. I have been a customer for over 20 years We will continue to be customers as we’re very happy with the service you provide. Once again huge thank you.
