Very poor service, do not leave a deposit you will never see it again if shoes dont fit when ordered in your deposit isnt returned. Shoe shop in Elder St Lambton have better customer service & he sells nice men & ladies leather shoes, they're priced properly and not expensive like Barefoot Freedom shoes.

I paid $365.00 for a pair of ladies sandals although they seemed to fit my size 13 foot I kept slipping forward in them and found them very difficult to walk in. I went back a couple of days later and was treated well by the staff but the shoes were not comfortable and I am unable to wear them, when approached regarding a refund was told that no refunds after 2 months, these are sandals and I cannot wear them in bad weather. Your store was recommended to me but I cannot do the same.

Terrible customer service. Never have been so disrespected in a business.
