I shoppes at Barbecue Galore in Coffs Harbour yesterday for an outdoor setting and a few other things. Was served by an amazing salesperson by the name of Jacob. He went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

They refuse ALL advertised specials that are in the current weekend bbq sale They said they had the stock of the particular item but would only sell it at the full RRP price and that it was not negotiable as it is the stores discretion as to whether or not to honer the specials set by the company I called all 3 other stores and they are happy to sell at the catalogue prices. But coffs harbour believe they are exempt! very disgusted as this is a clear breach of Bait advertisement and it goes against consumer laws. i believe if this was the case they would only be able to set their own prices they need to not be in the franchise! and use the company name! As well as listed as the location of the special deals! Thank you port maquarie for looking after us! Screw you coffs harbour! I'll be pushing for you to get a fine! It is so wrong how you treat your customers!

I have bought 2 BBq's from this store, and many other accessories over the years. No issue with them. What irks me is that twice in the period this store has placed misleading advertising in the paper, only to unapologetically correct them when your wallet is out. Please see the attached store, where does it say you must buy a BBQ to get the offer? Why would a $5 brush make me want to go buy a BBQ. Support a hard working honest person, rather than sloppy misleading people. Life's too short to reward deceitful businesses.
