Purchased a beautiful new BBQ last week right in time to celebrate Australia Day. We just got a really good deal on a second hand weber Q but were missing a couple of pieces. Hubby came home so excited as he dropped in to see if we could get a new knob and was lucky enough that you not only had one in stock, but did not charge us for it. He was also able to buy some special trays etc for it too. Seriously, he has not stopped cooking on the thing....so happy. We love the cookbook too. You stock some great bbq items, was nice haven't a browse about.

Such fantastic face to face service provided here by a very passionate and knowledgeable team. A great selection of quality brands to look at amongst a lot of accessories and everything BBQ! It is so nice to walk into a shop and to speak to a real person who listens and isn't trying to sell you something you don't need. Was a nice experience.
