What is your intake process?
When you make contact, we will send an intake or referral form to be completed online. These are individual for each client. nce we receive this form, you will be placed on our waiting list. Depending on your needs, therapist fit and availability, our waiting list generally ranges around 2-8 weeks. Once a place becomes available, we will make contact with you to book your first appointment.
Do you attend Care Team Meetings?
Yes, where appropriate we are able to attend Care Team and Planning meetings. Please note this service is charged at the same hourly rate as the therapy sessions provided.
