Bago Auto Dismantlers

I’ve sent of a quote for possible parts, which I’m currently chasing. I’ve still have not got a response back. Check spam messages after the 24 hours and not response in their either . A response saying yes or no. Or when parts come in they will get in contact via email ect ect. I do hope to get a response back in the near future.

Rang to enquire about a replacement side mirror for a work vehicle. John checked and returned my call within a few hours. He did advise they didn't have the part but could get one in by the next day for half the price of the dealership. The mirror was in the next day as John had advised and he allowed me to pay over the phone. I picked up the part that afternoon without issue. I would definitely recommend them to others

I contacted this business for a part at 9am and was told I could collect it just before 12. Living an hour away this meant two hours travel all up. I arrived at 11.45 to be told they had no time to dismantle the part. When questioned about the phone call where they said it would be ready before 12, they replied it wasn't their problem and they denied ever receiving a phone call as apparently they don't answer the phone on Saturday's.
