Adam is a chiropractor with 16 years of expertise and a focus on sports recovery. He has two university degrees under his belt. One of just a few full body trained ART clinicians in Australia, Adam specialised in a soft tissue technique known as Active Release Techniques® (ART). Due to its quick and durable outcomes, ART is a soft tissue procedure that is exceedingly well-liked in North America, especially among professional athletes. Adam has received training in the usage of a variety of shock wave devices and is a certified member and specialised instructor of the Swiss DolorClast® Academy. In 2014, Allen & Unwin released his book, "Back Pain: How to Build Core Stability for Long-Lasting Relief," which he co-authored.
