We had a bearing noise in our van on arrival at Coffs. A phone call to Beau and he made time to check it out at the van park. Yes he could help us. He was so good showing me the problem cleaning the wheel hub checking the bearings on the other wheels and sorting out our problems. Friendly helpful and all round good fellow. We were up from the Central Coast and something went wrong with our car. It was a Friday and no other mechanics would even look at our car until Monday. Then we came across BRC Auto Repairs. He was so good to us. We explained what happened and he knew what was going on. Half an hour later he came and had a look and said yep I can fix it. Three hours later it was done and we were able to continue on our travels. He was very professional and did a great job. Don't know what we would have done if he wasn't around.

Stuck in a town as I was passing through and didn't know anyone. I called Beau thanks to Siri and I got the best service to get me out of trouble. Beau came straightaway when I explained what had happened and his prompt friendly service was just what I needed. Nothing was too difficult and he found my problem quickly.
