I can't say enough good things about Allan and AWS mechanical. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, honest, and fair, look no further. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Not only did they clearly explain everything that needed to be done, but they also took the time to assist me in the process. That kind of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and running perfectly. Who does that these days? Fair pricing, outstanding service, and a true professional who actually cares about their customers. I feel incredibly lucky to have found AWS mechanical, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommended! Allan went above & beyond with my car which desperately needed some TLC in all areas. Left the car with Allan pointing out my concerns, picked the car up & it drives like new & was cleaned. Extremely happy with the service provided & cost. Will be the only place I take my car to now.

My mechanic moved interstate and AWS was recommended to me and last week, Allan repaired my Toyota Camry by changing both the front and rear struts. His communication and technical skills are amazing as he coherently explained to me the list of service on the Tax Invoice that he provided. He texted me the next day to find out how the car was doing. I was so impressed as this obviously demonstrates his commitment to his customers' satisfaction, professionalism and the building trusting relationships with customers. Took the wife's car in as it was surging, diagnosed in about 30secs. Exhaust problem rectified, no surging, sounds better more power. Quick cylinder clean and then I was off. Allan knows what he is doing, went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Thanks Allan
