Awesome service from Avis. Recently rented a truck for some large items to be transported from point A to point B. From the initial booking to the return of the truck the staff were amazing making everything run smoothly. It made the whole process stress free. It was such a relief. Thank you.

This is the best place in Wollongong to rent a vehicle. They have a varied selection of cars and trucks at really really good rates. Their customer service is amazing and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to rent a vehicle. Well done guys - great job.

On my travels around Australia, I only used the various branches of Avis and found the staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly. The cars were always clean and versatile, but fitted my every need. I also didn't have to wait too long to get the cars once I had arrived at the Avis office. I have always been impressed with the service of Avis.

The vehicle we hired was great and we had loads of fun in Wollongong. I won't hesitate from easing from this company again. The only negative was that there wasn't too much space to put our luggage and the price was a little expensive - but all in all a great service.

It was great to have the car available on time when we came for the pick up. The lady who served us smiled and was very nice and on the drop off was greeted by my Name as I got out of the car, which was very surprising, but pleasant. Avis again for me next time.

Kudos to Avis. This awesome Avis team provided us a great deal on a great car when we had some very last minute plans, AND they provided fab tips for destinations to visit & restaurants. We will definitely be booking through them again in the future. A+ service!
