Never in my life have I experienced customer service as bad as this! I sent a pic as I wasn't sure what part no to order. I received an email with a link. When I went to the link there was still a lot of parts so I called as I still wasn't sure of the right one. The person was rude, short, wouldn't let me speak and put the phone down. I called back explained what he'd done and was advised he's very busy, no apology and carried on exactly the same as him. Absolutely HORRIFIC service.
