This place is a joke. No idea about customer service and they don't even care. Read some of the Google reviews, it's a serious problem. I drive to robina post office now. They don't even care about the Aust Post guidelines, if they don't suit them they will just refuse to meet them. Truly the worst Aust Post in Australia.
