No customer service after install. Panels damaged on install, 6 months of chasing them and actually going to there workshop and demanding something to be done before panels were replaced. System never worked properly afterwards either:

I was quoted in person by the owner of Aussie Wide Solar resulting in a Contract for 18 Panels 6.6Kw for $5500. The installers came, began work and after a couple of hours or so and only 13 panels installed, they stopped. Their stated reason being, that the raked part of the roof wasn't strong enough to support the 5 extra panels. To dispel their worries I showed them the very sturdy 8 x 9" Exposed beams supporting the ceiling/roof of the raked area but they made no comment, packed up and left. No explanation of how the inverter works etc. I was stunned by their behaviour which was far from being professional. I contacted the Owner of AWS who replied with some untrue statements and scare tactics about the installation. I have the letter and can back up the comments

She says they gave her a competitive quote for a large solar panel installation and the team kept them informed of any delays that occurred. She says they installed her solar panels within a week after the equipment arrived!
