Really upset( I tried two pairs of ugg boots, and when I asked to try a third one in different color the lady refused and told me to come back when I make up my mind. I'm not sure whether she was not in the mood, or it was my old home clothes that made her think I'm not capable of buying two pairs, but I feel upset and not coming back there. Which is a shame, because the boots are not bad.

We will be back for more products! I am very happy we went to this business. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Their customer service is wonderful. They have a wide selection of wool toys, throws and Ugg boots. I highly recommend this place! My brother and I bought sheepskin seat covers, wheel guard and seatbelt guard. The wool is so cool and soft!
