ASSIST First Aid Responders undertake training in scene management, working with multi-agencies and the required communication and medico-legal aspects of providing such care within the professional environment. ASSIST Medical is the professional medical delivery division of the business. ASSIST Medical co-ordinates teams of medical professionals who provide advanced medical care to participants and competitors at events and form a vital link in the greater continuum of care that a patient might require during a time of need. ASSIST Medical has forged solid support in consultation with industry experts to ensure that company's practice and governance standards have been developed to ensure the quality of its product and embed ASSIST First Aid as a leader within industry. Medical personnel range from to Paramedics, Student paramedics, Nurses and Doctors. ASSIST Medical commenced in 2013. ASSIST Training is the RTO (Registered Training Organisation 32022) division of the business providing nationally recognised courses such as Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Provide First Aid, Provide Advanced First Aid, Sports Taping, EVENT First Aid, Safe Manual Handling and Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel (LVR) for a range of businesses, clubs and agencies. Our training courses are open to the public with classes running from the varying training rooms. We offer businesses, clubs and school tailored courses to suit their range of needs. ASSIST Training instructors have extensive experience in the practice and demonstration of first aid procedures though the coverage program and pride themselves with hands on knowledge of first aid. ASSIST Training commenced in 2007.
