Please be very careful using this company. We just paid $600 and they still couldn’t solve our problem. He wanted to keep playing around with the computer (needed to do more research to use his words), my husband said we have wasted enough money on this you obviously don’t know what you are doing and left but not before parting with $600 for nothing 🥲.

It is very sad when the spouse of a customer writes a bad review like this because she does not understand the first thing about consultancy, or the need to pay consultants for their time and effort. I have done my very best to help a man called Max, who screwed up his Password and lost access to his Hotmail Account already some months ago. I was his techie of last resort after HN failed to help him. I have provided him with the support numbers for MS Hotmail Reset, and given him the script to ask them to reinstate access to his account. The rest is up to him/Max.

Although Apple Mac's are not his preferred software system, Aspire Computing was able to diagnose and provide solutions to a number of issues that a certified Apple Service agent failed find. What's more all actions taken were explained in detail. My system now runs so much better and is significantly more secure.
