Arctic Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

On two occasions we contacted Arctic Air to solve our problems on our old air conditioner and both times they had it up and running very quickly and efficiently. We could not fault the company - Lara in admin was so very helpful and the service technicians have been a credit to the company. With full confidence we would recommend Arctic to anyone having problems with their air conditioner.

The customer service from Arctic went above & beyond, from my first call to the office to completion of job. The admin team assisted me through the whole process of making an insurance claim. The tradesmen were very knowledgeable with my ducted unit & completed the job on time & very professionally. I highly recommend Arctic for any repair work.

Ben was the young gentleman who installed the new air con. He was so accommodating and just a really lovely guy. I obtained three quotes and Jye gave the best installation scenario which is the reason I picked Arctic to do the job. Work was carried out without a fuss and quality workmanship also. Lyn in the office was very friendly and efficient. Will use Arctic again in the near future as I have purchased another property.

We contacted Arctic and had Jye come around. He went out of his way to spend time in giving us the best scenario for air-conditioning our house and the best situation financially for us.
