Absolutely disgusted, service is at its lowest, Had a parcel delivered at a neighbours address, clearly marked address on delivery and residential, useless courier, And my recent time, Parcel couldnt be delivered as ran out of time, courier would have driven past my adress twice as i am on the highway. Rang depot after three days to ask of it whereabouts. And parcel was still at the depot where it was taken back. When i asked why that was, Lady on the other end of the call The Driver must have forgotten to put it on board. As she chuckled, and quoted "You know what these young ones are like" I got my husband to drive 60ks return and collect my parcel. As i was over their delivery service.😡

Utterly incompetent. From being hung up on twice without a word said by them, the zero office training was obvious, to dumping a delivery on side of the road to be stolen instead of driving a further 80 metres to the house. They do not deserve even 1 star. Use Toll instead, they know how to turn into a driveway. This is the "proof" of delivery instead of handing it to me being home 24/7 for months.

What a terrible service! Don’t even deserve one star! Got the notification of delivery on my email with no show up and next day they delivered it ti the wrong address! I been informed it is for delivery again today, at 16.10 tried to ring the place to get an update. No one wants to answer any calls. No words!!!

No text or phonecall to lett a person know that thier item has arrived , i dont think a courtisy call or text would hurt !!!!
