Could not have been more impressed by the speed of service and the friendly Depot Staff

Terrible. Left a calling card in my mail box with a time and date to pick up. Went there, office is empty. Called the number on the door which went through to an overseas tracking company which couldn’t tell me anything and didn’t know why the business is closed. Told me they can send them an email but they will see it when they see it.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Collect parcel from the sender, get paid to deliver but then refuse to deliver because the receiving address to outside their delivery area. Should not take the parcel in the first place. Terrible to deal with over the phone poorest customer service ever experienced. DO NOT USE THEM.
