I hired a small car while mine was being repaired. I cannot fault the service and assistance I was given when I made my initial enquiry and throughout my dealing with the company. I had the car for 3 weeks. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend and use again.

I rented an immaculate pantek from a lovely salesman named Jack. It was a pleasure to drive. During my rental period I was following an individual with a trailer carting wood. 3 pieces fell out and smashed into one of the two tyres on the back of the truck. I took the truck back with the damaged tyre and still got my bond back. I was very impressed and cannot thank the ARA team enough. Excellent prices and small bond. I don't know how they do it for the prices. I highly recommend this company for its perfect vehicles customer service and lovely happy staff. A lot of other businesses should learn from your example on how to treat customers. Well done. I'll be back.
