This is the third time in the last six months that I have paid for the ultra laser wash ($29) at the unmanned Aquarius Mitchell only to find the machine was out of order. I tried to call all available contacts to no avail. Shameful and unethical that a company is happy to receive payment for no service. There was another unsuspecting customer coming in as I was leaving.
