Aquaman promised an urgent delivery. They charged $400 for that, which is $170 more than we had recently paid for a delivery. They had us over a barrel, so I agreed and we arranged a delivery time. The delivery didn't arrive at the agreed time. When I contacted Aquaman, the person I spoke to admitted that they had made a mistake and put down the wrong day in their system. When I asked if we could re-schedule, they became extremely aggressive in multiple messages, and effectively accused me of lying,. They need to admit that they made a big mistake. At this time of water shortage in our area, we need people who are helpful and friendly, not aggressive, unreliable and greedy.

Even though other Water delivery Company's had waiting lists of 4 to 5 weeks, they delivered a load of Drinking Water in only 1 week by fitting me in their busy schedule. Friendly, efficient communications. Prompt on time delivery . Highly recommended.
