Not impressed. Didn’t like music on tv , reminded me of a disco . My hairdresser was ok but gor price , will go elsewhere

was very disappointed in this hair dresser, this is just my own personal experience but i thought i should share in case others also dealt with similar problems. the lady didn't book my appointment in after having a long conversation with one of the ladies and making sure it had been a confirmed booking, this had upset me quite a lot as it was getting done for a special occasion. they ended up telling me that they had time to do my hair as another lady with an appointment was much faster then expected, after the process of lightening my hair it still came out very orange, the lady had then told me she didn't have time to straighten my hair and for all girls with curly hair we know that its going to go frizzy but i wasn't annoyed at all and went along with it just to find out that she had lied to me and just didn't wanna straighten my hair

Received not even close to what I had asked for which resulted in me having to pay more money to get it fixed from another salon. Looked like I attacked my hair with a box bleaching kit or had really bad regrowth. Straight line of bad yellow bleach the whole way around which was supposed to be balayage and clearly was not. My hair was better before I walked in. Will never go back.
