Hi I'm Annette, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Counsellor and Coach. I work with women who have been impacted by a Narcissist who has caused them emotional and/or psychological abuse and are looking to recover. I provide counselling and support to my clients, with an element of coaching that ensures that each and every one of my clients continue to move forward. Some issues I can help with are: - Understanding and validating your experience with Narcissistic Abuse - How the narcissist has impacted your life - Strategies of communication with the Narcissist - Increasing self esteem, self worth and confidence - Setting and Maintaining boundaries - Establishing healthy relationships - Providing support during those challenging times
