AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Had my nails painted and waited 1hr for them to dry and still wet!! After 1.5hrs I asked them to remove the nail polish as I had an appointment elsewhere and needed to put my shoes on. They would not let me leave without paying $30 for a service they did not deliver. So upset and disappointed and will not be back.

I usually go here all the time and they do a great job, but this time I had a terrible experience! I came in and the store wasn’t busy and the guy did a bit of my nails and walked off for like 15 mins and then came back and finished the rest of filling in my nail and then told me the girl with finish the painting, she was brushing it on so harshly! And got polish everywhere and then it took me about 10 minutes to explain I wanted a web on my ring finger (Halloween) and she started painting a pumpkin! Then she kept spilling the nail liquid all over the counter and then spilling nail polish everywhere and it was all on my hands. The nails ended up pretty cute after I asked her to clean the crappy nail polish that was all over my hands from her being clumsy but the guy who did my nails at the start did not machine file my ring finger down enough so it has a big bump in it! They also over paid me $40 for a refill! Rediculous so upset. :(
