About Ann Roberts School of Dance

Get fit, have fun and learn to dance at Ann Roberts School of Dance in Townsville. Choose to learn classical ballet, tap, character, jazz, contemporary, highland dance, song and dance and creative movement. Never danced before except in the safety of your living room? We welcome students aged 3 years to adult, beginners through to advanced. You'll learn to appreciate the pure joy of movement and the thrill of performing at our own annual recital. Our dance teachers prepare students looking to apply for the Royal Academy of Dance and the Australian Dance Association Jazz and Tap exams, Highland competitions, eisteddford and concert performances. Experience live theatre from the best seats in the house—front and centre stage! Every year in term 4 we put on a professional recital complete with set design, sound and lighting that's well supported by the public. Ann Roberts School of Dance is an outstanding ballet and dance school!! The standard of performance is exceptional. Aladdin (2016) was absolutely wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend this dance school❈
