Fantastic service

I rang during the busiest time of the airconditioning season and Russell sent a technician around, within an hour the repair was done. No fuss, a very professional job and a very happy customer.

The team from Andrews Air Conditioning were absolutely fantastic. The customer service and installation was professional, they were a great team. We called and within a week we had a new air con. They took our old one away and even put a window in the hole where the old air con was. Thanks Russell and team for a professional and wonderfully easy installation.

I have been using Andrews Air Conditioning for about 5 years now and have always found them to be prompt and efficient. I recently had a situation where on the morning of a lunch to be held here I discovered that the air con was not heating properly so I rang Russel and the technicians arrived straight away and had everything fixed and running beautifully before my guests arrived.

Exceptional Service

I have always had dealings with Kim & Russel but from my Business end. I had never used their services until last week. We have had some terribly hot weather this year & our poor air-con had been running constantly for a week. My wife and I couldn't remember the last time we had a service on our air-con and thought we better do this in case something went wrong with it. I rang Russell on Monday and he said that he was extremely busy. We only needed a service on our air-con and knew that people didn't have any air-con, so we were happy to wait until the following week. Unfortunately on the Wednesday after a 42 degree day, our air-con died. I rang Russell to say that we didn't need a service anymore but an actual repair/replacement. Russell advised that he could still come the following week. We accepted that and went on with our day. To our surprise, we received a phone call from Russell on Thursday morning stating he had a few spare minutes up his sleeve & would he be able to

Fantastic service

Professional, efficient service is what we received from the technicians of Andrews Air-conditioning. They arrived promptly and got on with the job at hand. It was no easy task having to maintain the air-conditioning of a huge commercial building. The after sales service was also great - the maintenance staff was trained on what to look out for and how to prevent the same problem reoccurring. Impressive as well was the account at the end of the day.

Take your business elsewhere

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our airconditioning unit was under warranty and so our job was allocated to this provider. All contact from beginning to end had to be initiated by us. Failed to attend organised appointments for 3 days in a row without notifying us. The last day they were completely unreachable. When I finally spoke to them to enquire about their absence they hung up on me without good reason. Our interaction with this company was so disrespectful that I demanded our job be reallocated to another company. I would suggest avoiding this company and giving your business to someone who will value it.

Hi Taya We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustrations, as another company had installed your unit and three other companies previously had unsuccessfully attempted to fix your problem. We also apologise for the communication issues you experienced. As you can imagine, this is the hottest summer on record and we are now experiencing our third week of record temperatures. Being our busiest time of the year this means we commonly receive over 120 messages on our answering machine each day which, as a small family run business, can be very challenging to follow up every call. We do not routinely service the Newcastle area and advised the manufacturer accordingly. Two hours travelling from our office adds too much to our already fully booked days. Despite these difficulties we did make the effort to inspect your unit, sending a tradesman to Newcastle. Fifty minutes into their journey to your house for your inspection we were told by the manufacturer you had cancelled this job with us. Understandably, they did not proceed with the planned visit.
