Great Local Business We are currently in the middle of renovations and Andrews Air-Conditioning have just completed installing our new air-conditioning unit. What a great business, they have been very accommodating around shift work and our renovation schedule. The team are great, very respectful, well-mannered, clean and tidy. Russell’s advice & vast knowledge has been invaluable through this process. Russell, Kim & Isaac should be very proud of this long-standing local, family business and we thoroughly recommend them.

Needed a new AC but got a quote with the wrong capacity unit on it. I pointed the error out and got a photo of a book where they accidentally circled the displacement of the compressor, not the unit Kw so quote used the wrong number. I called about the second error, they refused to listen and said the difference was because my compressor ran R22 gas. This is incorrect and likely a lie to cover the mistake. I then sent him a picture of the compressor manufacturers website. It showed my compressor kW on R22. The rating was substantially different the incorrect quote. They still refused to admit the error, were extremely rude and told me my house might just need the larger unit anyway in case it was an extraordinary hot day. I reminded them of the second 7kW system I have and I definitely didn’t need the huge unit they incorrectly quoted. Other installers all knew the correct capacity, were all much friendlier, and obviously had superior technical knowledge

Russell was amazing he had 2 of his lovely team out to us within 1/2 an hour of making contact and had our Actron air conditioner fixed under warrantee…this is a job that another company and our property managers had us waiting for 12 hot days of summer for! We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew’s 5 star customer service. Thanks again team!

Fantastic Customer Service! Our ducted air conditioner died, one week before Christmas and during one of the hottest weekends in 12 months, Russell & Toby were at my house within 36 hours of my original phone call and diagnosed and repaired my air conditioner straight away. In what was looking to be a hot and sweaty Christmas, has turned out to not be the case. They SAVED Christmas! Thankyou

The team from Andrews Air Conditioning were absolutely fantastic. The customer service and installation was professional, they were a great team. We called and within a week we had a new air con. They took our old one away and even put a window in the hole where the old air con was. Thanks Russell and team for a professional and wonderfully easy installation.

I have been using Andrews Air Conditioning for about 5 years now and have always found them to be prompt and efficient. I recently had a situation where on the morning of a lunch to be held here I discovered that the air con was not heating properly so I rang Russel and the technicians arrived straight away and had everything fixed and running beautifully before my guests arrived.

I have always had dealings with Kim & Russel but from my Business end. I had never used their services until last week. We have had some terribly hot weather this year & our poor air-con had been running constantly for a week. My wife and I couldn't remember the last time we had a service on our air-con and thought we better do this in case something went wrong with it. I rang Russell on Monday and he said that he was extremely busy. We only needed a service on our air-con and knew that people didn't have any air-con, so we were happy to wait until the following week. Unfortunately on the Wednesday after a 42 degree day, our air-con died. I rang Russell to say that we didn't need a service anymore but an actual repair/replacement. Russell advised that he could still come the following week. We accepted that and went on with our day. To our surprise, we received a phone call from Russell on Thursday morning stating he had a few spare minutes up his sleeve & would he be able to come around. I met Russell at my home and he inspected the unit. My compressor had died. Now this is where the miracle occurred. Russell was able to order a new Compressor on the Thursday afternoon. My new compressor was couriered on Friday morning and fitted at 9.00am!! Absolutely amazing! The service and professionalism we received was just outstanding. I have no qualms at all in recommending Andrews Air-Conditioning. You will be amazed at the high level of service you receive!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our airconditioning unit was under warranty and so our job was allocated to this provider. All contact from beginning to end had to be initiated by us. Failed to attend organised appointments for 3 days in a row without notifying us. The last day they were completely unreachable. When I finally spoke to them to enquire about their absence they hung up on me without good reason. Our interaction with this company was so disrespectful that I demanded our job be reallocated to another company. I would suggest avoiding this company and giving your business to someone who will value it.
