Andrew came to view our property, he arrived on time and quickly devised a plan to resolve our drainage issue. After giving us a detailed quote for the work, he then proceeded to inform us of his availability to commence work the following day. Andrew came on time the next day and set out making short work of digging the drainage ditch. I had occasion to have Andrew investigate some drainage issues that have developed over time. He organised a crew who put cameras in all stormwater drains. They marked the exact location of suspected issues. Andrew then dug in those exact spots & exposed cracked pipes & blockages from tree roots. He replaced or rerouted the pipes, keeping me informed of my options in the process. He also finished by installing steel kerb adapters in the gutters to prevent them being crushed again, by vehicles. Andrew is very punctual, efficient & competent in what he does. By calling in the 3rd party to record & blast clear the pipes, he actually saved me time & money by identifying the issues & their exact location. Saving digging up & investing in an ad hoc manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew for any gas/plumbing issues.
