Expensive and unreliable. Hired them for two jobs. First was to lay 70 metre of poly pipe in an open trench and repair 3 rainwater pipes. I was charged $914 in including $560 for labour because 2 plumbers attended despite my belief that 1 plumber could have done the job in the same timeframe. Second job was to connect a rainwater tank. Job could not be completed due to change in building schedule, but the tried to charge full quoted price. Several weeks later I advised them they could return to complete the job. Over 3 weeks I contacted them only to be told someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone and on the fourth time I called I was told the delay was due to it being too wet for the trench digger. This was despite the trenchwork already completed. Ended up getting someone else to feel finish the job who was cheaper and used the existing trench. I would not recommend Anderson’s plumbing and roofing.
