I live 3 hours away and got a quote on recarpeting a rental house I had not seen for a couple of years. I then got photos of the new paint job and noticed the stair carpet had only recently been replaced.. like last year. I rang as soon as I noticed to be told it had already been replaced.. why replace a perfectly good carpet??? With EXACTLY the same stuff??? I will now get photos of carpet that needs to be replaced. I am VERY disappointed. Have used them before as there is only two in the area...dont think Ill be using them again..
