The receipt provided after paying a huge invoice doesn’t have individual item amounts and Medicare refused it. I complained, but they said they always did it like this. Medicare officer I talked with said clearly that I cannot claim for all items on the receipt without individual amounts. They don’t seem willing to fix the invoice and I cannot recuperate any money from Medicare or private insurance. My advice use any other company if you can! I don’t think they care about clients and they are also quite expensive in my opinion.
