Alliance Strata Group is an enthusiastic, locally owned and operated company on the Mid-North Coast. Our company provides reliable Strata Management services to Owners Corporations and Associations in Forster, Tuncurry, Diamond Beach/Hallidays Point, Taree, Wingham, Old Bar, Manning Point, Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens and Harrington. The name Alliance Strata Group came about as an alliance between two well known families in the local area who realised that owners and investors should have access to an alternative local strata management service. The first family being Ray and Gary Startin who were owner operators of a large Real Estate company in the Forster/Tuncurry area for many years. During that period they were known for their integrity, honesty and professionalism within the business community. Gary Startin is the licensee of Alliance Strata Group. The second family is Paul Stack of Stacks the Law Firm (Taree) and Stacks Finance who are a very large and well-respected law and finance company in Taree. Paul is also a qualified Strata Managing Agent and an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. Our Forster office is centrally located at 8 Wallis Street. Our Taree office is utilised for meetings of Strata Schemes in the Manning area. We are committed to providing a reliable and professional Strata Management Service with competitive management fees.
