Owen says he was so pleased with the results of his family home. From the start, Brian was honest and really paid attention to detail. He made the whole experience enjoyable and less stressful. The budget and time scale were always clear, too. Owen even approached Allenbuild for his next house and various smaller projects. Brian really listened and worked hard to incorporate all ideas into the plan.

Oceana Dive Centre says their new Aquatics Centre of Education progressed quickly because Brian was in charge. With his wealth of experience, nothing phased him. Oceana Dive Centre approached Allenbuild when they needed larger premises for their expanding business. Brian followed the architects' plan and they were using the new dive centre in no time. It included a retail space, canteen, classrooms, along with facilities for teaching diving such as a swimming pool, changing facilities, and showers.

Regan says they love their new home. Brian was empathetic towards Regan's house requirements which included a pole house to maximise the potential of the land and take advantage of the surrounding views. It was a sloping site but Brian completed the job to a high standard. Regan enjoyed their building experience with Allenbuild. Brian always dealt with any issues that arose and he was efficient.

Luke says Brian can do whatever clients dream of. He is an excellent builder.
