We called Warren and he went out of his way to help us quickly as we were on the clock and didn’t want to miss out on the property. He was so thorough! Every cracked tile and missing grout was noted and photographed. His reports are comprehensive but easy to understand. He then followed this up with a phone call to ensure we understood the issues in layman’s terms. He didn’t just walk around the property but tapped every wall etc any used his moisture meter for an accurate reading. It was a super hot day but he got up in the roof and spent hours combing the property so we knew exactly what we were buying. Highly recommended.
